Climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge in the room and the very comfy bed. Paid usd 906. Location really close to quiet area on east side of town and the bus stop and all restaurants...

the room was spacious, bright, and clean, which made for a comfortable night's sleep. the hotel is located on a quiet side street, but it's just a short walk to the main street. I found the location to be better than city hotels along the main roads. There was also a 7-11 convenience store nearby, which was convenient. the price was good and they even included a simple breakfast with porridge, toast, and marmalade.
Couldn't find any faults at all. 👍.

I recently stayed at T. House in Mae Sot for a few nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a private bathroom. The affordable price surprised me, but the quality of the room exceeded my expectations. The small dining area downstairs provided a simple yet satisfying breakfast. I also appreciated the availability of bicycles and the convenience of a fridge in the room. The location was great, with nearby restaurants and a 7eleven within walking distance. The staff was helpful in organizing taxi pick-ups, and the hot water supply was available all day for convenience.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, with a big bed and a small one. It had a nice bathroom with hot water, a fridge with cold bottled water, a TV, and a small terrace. The staff spoke good English and provided a wonderful breakfast. The free bikes made it easy to explore the area and get to restaurants. Great value for money.
Everything was fantastic.

The room was spacious and the shower was great, but it kept falling off the wall. the WiFi worked well and the special rate was a bonus. the breakfast included rice porridge, eggs, toast, fruit, and coffee. the parking was convenient and there was a small balcony outside each room.
The aircon wasn't cool enough and the curtains were too thin, letting in too much light. the windows also didn't have screens.

Despite the language barrier, the staff tried their best to help. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the main street and a nearby convenience store. The price was reasonable, and the simple breakfast included was a nice touch. I recommend this hotel for its good value for money and peaceful atmosphere.
